Board of Directors
Pastor Richard N. Johnston
has been chairman of the board of directors since 1997
and a board member since 1997. Johnston is currently
senior pastor of Second Reformed Presbyterian Church in
Indianapolis, having labored there alongside Dr. Roy
Blackwood for many years. He also serves as pastoral
chair of the Reformed Society of Indiana. He and his
wife Beckie have three children and three grandchildren.
Dr. Roy Blackwood has been on the board of directors
since 1997. From 1966-2006,
Dr. Blackwood served as senior pastor of Second Reformed
Presbyterian Church. Over the years, he has been used by
God in the development of ministries in several
different cities around Indiana. He continues to assist
ion the ministry of the church and teaches
seminary-level courses in church history. He and his
wife Margie reside in Zionsville and have three grown
children and five grandchildren.
Mr. Michael H. Stikeleather
serves as general counsel and corporate secretary and
has been on the board since 1999. His primary role is in
handling the business and legal affairs of IBCC.
Stikeleather is currently self-employed as manager of a
real estate development company called LEEDS, LLC. He
and his wife Pamela reside in Carmel and have three
children.
Mr. Richard L. Fannin has served on the board of
directors since 1997. As treasurer,
he handles the various financial aspects of the
ministry. He also served in the past as an assistant
counselor and prayer partner. Before his retirement in
1990, Fannin worked as a program manager with Detroit
Diesel Allison, a branch of GM. He and his wife JoAnn
reside in Noblesville and have two grown children and
three grandchildren.
Mr. Russell B. Pulliam serves as contributing editor and
has been a member of the
board since 1997. As a journalist, he employs his
professional skills in helping to oversee the
publications and resource materials put out by IBCC.
Pulliam is associate editor of the Indianapolis Star, an
adjunct professor of journalism at Butler University,
and an instructor at the World Journalism Institute and
Cornerstone Journalism Institute. In addition, he serves
as an elder of Second Reformed Presbyterian Church. He
and his wife Ruth reside in Indianapolis and have six
children.
Mr. Stephen Becker has been a member of the board of
directors since 1999 and currently serves as
vice-president. He has also
been active in resource development and in raising
support for IBCC. Becker works for Airtron, LP and Paul
E. Smith Plumbing and partners in several other
businesses including A-1 Mechanical of Michigan, LLC. He
is also the founder and president of the Character
Council of Indiana. He and his wife Avis are members of
Trinity Wesleyan Church. They reside in Carmel and have
two grown children and six grandchildren.
